We are thrilled to announce that our Jessup and Handwritten team are hosting another exciting virtual event with Riedel – The Wine Glass Company! Our fourth Riedel Veritas Collection Virtual Tasting Masterclass will be held on Friday, July 30th @ 5pm PST.
“Why Your Wine Glass Matters” explores the significance of proper stemware when enjoying different styles of wine. For this event, we are featuring the exquisite Riedel Veritas Tasting Set, perfectly paired with three wines from the Jessup Cellars and Handwritten Wines portfolios. Sommelier Philip O’Conor from our Yountville winery and Susan Durbrow from Riedel USA will join forces in hosting a fun and educational sensory experience with a live and interactive Q&A at the end!
This enriching virtual wine tasting is perfectly catered to those seeking a fun reason to get together with friends, family and coworkers. Following discussion of the nuances and sampling the fruits of these best-in-class wine glasses, guests will also delve deeper to discover the art of decanting wines at the dinner table. You and your guests will take part in a round table discussion, sampling an array of different wines from 3 uniquely designed wine glasses.
Included in the Virtual Event Package (designed for two) is a curation of fine wines consisting of one bottle each of:
