Popcorn Recipes - Mushroom Mélange


½ cup Shiitake Oil
1 cup Popcorn Kernels
2 tsp Truffle Salt
1 tsp Toasted Porcini Powder


1. Heat the shiitake oil in a large wok or sauce pot over high heat, add the popcorn and the truffle salt. Stir the popcorn continuously until kernels start to jump out of the wok/pot. Put on the lid and shake the wok/pot over the heat until the popping has almost stopped.
2. Remove the lid, stir in the toasted porcini powder, and let the deliciousness begin!
