Popcorn Pairings - Film Fiesta
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Toasted Cilantro Oil
1 cup Popcorn Kernels
2 tsp Chili Lime Salt
2 tsp Toasted Garlic Powder
1 cup Popcorn Kernels

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the toasted cilantro oil in a large wok or sauce pot over high heat, add the popcorn and the chili lime salt. Stir the popcorn continuously until kernels start to jump out of the wok/pot. Put on the lid and shake the wok/pot over the heat until the popping has almost stopped.
2. Remove the lid, stir in the toasted garlic powder, and let the deliciousness begin!
