Popcorn Recipes - Smokey Bacon Blues


½ cup Bacon Fat
1 cup Popcorn Kernels
2 tsp Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
4 tbsp Blue Cheese Powder


1. Heat the bacon fat in a large wok or sauce pot over high heat, add the popcorn and the applewood smoked salt. Stir the popcorn continuously until kernels start to jump out of the wok/pot. Put on the lid and shake the wok/pot over the heat until the popping has almost stopped.
2. Remove the lid, stir in the blue cheese powder, and let the deliciousness begin!
