Once a month June through October on Saturday evenings, Art House Sessions goes inside the hearts and minds of its guest artists with conversation and song, openly interacting with guests. Set in Jessup Cellars’ newly remodeled Tasting Gallery with café-style seating, the evening includes artist showcase, light nosh hosted by Atelier by JCB, wine tasting and artist meet-and-greet.

Front man for Marty O’Reilly & the Old Soul Orchestra, Marty sings and plays electrified resonator guitar. Marty specializes in roots music with evocative lyrics that are conceptually cryptic, relying on imagery and symbols to convey emotion. Artistic touchstones for Marty include John Lee Hooker, Howlin’ Wolf, the darkly cathartic oeuvre of Tom Waits, and the experimental arrangements of Radiohead.
