In May, the Culinary Team at Jessup Cellars introduced this innovative and very popular wine tasting option as an alternative to their also favorite wine and cheese pairing plate consisting of three types of cheese, cashews, dried fruits, and salame.

Not Just Any Chocolate!!!

Jessup Cellars announces its new wine tasting option at their Yountville tasting Room. With a carefully curated selection of Jessup’s handcrafted wines, chocolate-loving guests will sample the locally produced and legendary Anette’s Chocolates of Napa.

The pairing of excellent wines and exquisite chocolates does not happen randomly. The Culinary Team at Jessup Cellars invested time and effort in sampling Anette’s array of chocolate delights to determine the best combinations to complement the wines.

Enjoying a Chocolate Lovers Experience does not have to end at the Jessup Cellars Yountville Tasting Room. Guests may also purchase their favorite wines to take home and those delicious chocolate delights enjoyed during the wine tasting.

Jessup Cellars and Anette’s Chocolates have combined their artisan skills for several years with various wine tasting occasions. Anette’s also supplies the chocolate discs Jessup Cellars offers with their selection of dessert wine tastings, including Zinfandel Port, Cabernet Sauvignon Port, and Infinite Recursion Tawny.

Anette’s Chocolates also created a Chocolate Sauce using Jessup Cellar’s Port. The sauce is a perfect addition to any dessert, such as fruit, cheesecake, or simply drizzled over ice cream.
