The inaugural holiday release of The Good Life Wine Collective’s Relié Cuvée Champagne is a tale of our American owner families linking their love of wine with the Guilleminot (gill-me-no) family of Champagne. These family connections were made through our very own Frederick Boelen, Jessup Cellars’ Tasting Gallery Manager.
Frederick grew up in Normandy with a French father and British mother. His British uncle Johnny married Carine Guilleminot, whose father Michel has guided the Champagne to its highly respected reputation today.
The Guilleminot family has been making Champagne for four generations. To celebrate the link between families across the globe, we’ve created Relié Cuvée, which means ‘linked’ or ‘bound’ – similar to a book binding, une reliure.
Relié Cuvée is a Brut Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir) Champagne, with a blend of approximately 70% current vintage and 30% of reserve wines. The Champagne is fruit forward, yet elegant with very fine bubbles. Fragrant fruit on the nose combines with a classic biscuity note and vibrant accent.

Shipping Deadlines
In order to receive your wines before Thursday, November 22nd, we recommend placing your order by Monday, November 12th. For December holidays and parties, we suggest ordering 2-3 weeks prior to your celebration. As an example, if you would like your wines to arrive by Tuesday, December 25th, we recommend that you place your order by Friday, December 7th for ground shipments and Friday, December 14th for 2-day air shipments.
