Vine to Table Dinners
Join us for a magical evening of the finest food and wine that the Napa Valley has to offer with Jessup Cellars Executive Chef ‘MikeC’ and one of our knowledgeable wine educators. These bespoke four-course meals are created to complement a curated selection of our handcrafted wines.
Hosted in the intimate setting of our tasting room in downtown Yountville, California, these elegant experiences are truly unforgettable.

About Chef MikeC
Chef MikeC has crafted his gastronomic skills managing a natural foods grocery and Sur la Table culinary programs, graduating with honors from the California Culinary Academy, owning three catering companies in two states, and partnering as chef at a successful wine bar in Berkeley’s famed Gourmet Ghetto.
He was co-owner and executive chef of two highly successful home chef cooking schools in Berkeley, and has taught sold out classes in schools across the entire west coast. He is coauthor of “Kitchen on Fire: Mastering the Art of Cooking in 12 Weeks (or less)”, and chef/host of the final season of the long running PBS cooking show series “Organic Living with the Hippy Gourmet”.
In 2016 he joined two of his closest friends to launch Augie’s Montreal Smoked Meat, a producer of the finest Montreal style deli meats and sausages, where he is currently co-owner and COO. After consulting and creating unique culinary events for Jessup Cellars and Handwritten for almost a decade, he finally joined the team as our executive chef in the summer of 2021.
MikeC’s culinary style is best described as farm to table inspired New American cuisine, which incorporates the best of the season’s ingredients in hand crafted dishes influenced by the rich culinary traditions of our entire country.
