As December approaches, Jessup Cellars, the premier arts-oriented Yountville winery, will again present two “can’t miss” events. The first one is perfect for lovers of memorable holiday cinema, while the second features a heavenly, unbeatable combination of excellent chocolate paired with delicious, handcrafted wines.
Holiday Movie Night: December 2 at 7:00 PM
As part of the 6th Annual “Holidays in Yountville” celebration spanning the six weeks from November 20 to January 1, Jessup Cellars presents the classic holiday movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” starring James Stewart, Donna Reed, and Lionel Barrymore.
In addition to this viewing this delightful seasonal movie, guests will enjoy flavor-infused popcorn created by Jessup Cellars Executive Chef ‘MikeC’ and two tokens for wine tastes of this Yountville winery’s most popular wines.
The event will be held in the Heritage Room at the Yountville Community Center at 6516 Washington St, Yountville, CA 94599.

Chocolate Seminar with Kollar Chocolates: December 7 at 5:30 PM
Wine and chocolate lovers all agree that this combination is a “match made in heaven.”
To this end, Jessup Cellars, listed among the finest Yountville wineries, presents the ultimate wine and chocolate experience with the guidance of Chris Kollar, Yountville’s own world-class chocolatier and Food Network’s “Chopped” champion.
During this very popular seminar, Chris details the intricacies of chocolate-making while offering various tasty components of the process.
And, of course, to “top off” the experience, guests will enjoy an exploration of the making and pairing of exquisite chocolate truffles with two of Jessup Cellars’ most sought-after wines, the handcrafted Chardonnay and Zinfandel.
The session closes with a discussion and tasting of fortified dessert wines. Boxes of Kollar Handmade Artisan Chocolates will be available for purchase.
The event will be held at Jessup Cellar’s beautiful Tasting Gallery at 6740 Washington Street in Yountville.
