Holiday Chocolate Seminar w/ Kollar Chocolates

Yountville’s own world-class chocolatier, Chris Kollar, is joining us yet again for our annual celebration of the holidays. Learn the intricacies of chocolate making as Chris talks and tastes through the process with various tasty components.

Accompanied with tastes of Jessup Cellars’ most sought-after wines, Chardonnay and Zinfandel, we will explore the art of making and pairing exquisite chocolate truffles with our wines. We will end with a discussion and tasting of fortified dessert wines and will also showcase an amazing take-home option. We have recreated the topographical map of Napa in chocolate and you can even paint on all of your favorite sites along the way!
