- 9 PM: Dinner at Morimoto
- 11 PM: Late night cocktails at Zins
- Midnight: End the night at Henry's Cocktail Lounge

Erin's Perfect Day in the Valley
- 6:30 AM: Balloon rides are amazing but they start early!
- 10 AM: Mumm Napa, that is one of my favorite spots to have some awesome sparkling wine, great views and friendly staff.
- Noon: Lunch at Hurleys! I love Hurleys, they have great food and a fun patio for dining outside.
- 2 PM: Wine Tasting at Jessup Cellars! Lots of fun!
- 5 PM: Every Thursday in the Summer is the Chefs Market in downtown Napa. Lots of food, drinks, entertainment, and music.
- 7 PM: Dinner at Mustards! You just have to try it! So yummy!
